Kiln-formed Fused Glass - Small Group and Bespoke Classes, Workshops & Lessons
  I offer half, one and two day taster classes learning to work with kiln-formed fused glass. The classes are held in the relaxed environment of my garden workshop. Classes are either bespoke for an individual or for 2 people sharing (minimum age 16) at a time, allowing plenty of individual attention.

You will learn how to cut glass and use a variety of glass and metal inclusions and assemble your pieces to be fired after your class for later collection.

Classes are held in my workshop based in Barnet, Hertfordshire just outside of North London.

Fusing Course / Workshop

You will create your design using bullseye glass experimenting with foils, metal wires, glass frits, enamels, noodles and stringers! In a one day course there is time to make several coasters and a bowl. Please note that you will have to return to collect your fired product. One firing per person is included in a half day workshop and two firings per person included in a day workshop. Any further firings charged at £15 each.

I include all tools, a reasonable amount of materials and refreshments. Lunch is not included. Half-day courses are from 10am to 1pm. One day courses are from 10am - 4.pm. All prices are per person.

Bench space hire: - with use of cutter and glass grinder, using your own materials: £15 per hour per person. Kiln firing £15 per firing. Mould hire £3 per mould.
